1. 14-Day Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

Returned in the same condition as received
Please note: Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days at help@ringistry.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
